Purchasing, completing, or receiving a high score in VA Practice Lab™ does not guarantee that you will:

• pass a particular employer's assessment;
• be shortlisted or interviewed;

• achieve any particular career or financial result.

Employers use different hiring criteria, assessments, tools, scoring methods, and processes. Your outcome depends on many factors outside VA Career Ready PH's control.
