Refund Policy

We want customers to have a fair opportunity to determine whether VA Practice Lab™ is right for them. This Refund Policy explains our current 7-day money-back guarantee.

1. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to admin@vacareerreadyph.com within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Please include enough information for us to locate the transaction, such as:

• the name used for the purchase;
• the email address used at checkout;
• the approximate purchase date; and
• any transaction reference or proof reasonably needed to identify the payment.

2. What the Guarantee Covers

You may review and use VA Practice Lab™ during the guarantee period and decide whether the product is a suitable fit for your learning and practice needs. A refund request made within the stated 7-day period will be reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be returned using an available method reasonably connected to the original payment method or another method agreed with you. Because payments are currently accepted through GCash and Maya, we may request the account details reasonably necessary to send the refund securely.

4. Processing Time

We will make reasonable efforts to process approved refund requests promptly. The time for funds to appear may also depend on the relevant payment provider or financial service.

5. Access After Refund

If a refund is issued, your license to use VA Practice Lab™ ends. You must stop using, copying, sharing, or distributing the product materials, including files previously downloaded or copied for personal use.

6. Abuse or Fraud

The guarantee is intended to protect genuine customers, not to enable unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, fraud, or repeated abusive refund behavior. We may investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable steps permitted by law to protect our intellectual property and business.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not remove or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer law. Where mandatory law provides a right that is more favorable than this voluntary policy, the mandatory legal right applies.
