These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vacareerreadyph.com and your purchase or use of products and services offered by VA Career Ready PH. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or enter into a transaction with us. By purchasing, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction.

3. VA Practice Lab™

VA Practice Lab™ is a digital practice product designed to help aspiring and developing virtual assistants practice realistic client-style and hiring-assessment-style tasks. It may include simulated briefs, practice files, instructions, scoring rubrics, model or reference outputs, coaching feedback, and related materials.

VA Practice Lab™ is not an employer's actual hiring assessment, does not contain or promise leaked hiring tests, and is not intended to help users cheat on a live assessment.

4. Educational and Practice Purpose

Our materials are intended for education, skills practice, self-assessment, and preparation. Results in the Practice Lab do not guarantee that you will pass any employer assessment, receive an interview, obtain employment, secure a client, or earn any particular amount of income.

5. Orders and Payment

Prices and offers displayed on the checkout or sales page at the time of purchase apply to that transaction unless a clear error has occurred. We currently accept GCash and Maya.

You agree to provide truthful and accurate purchase information. We may request reasonable information necessary to resolve a payment, access, refund, fraud, or transaction issue.

6. Digital Delivery and Access

VA Practice Lab™ is a digital product. Access instructions may be delivered through the website, email, Google Drive, or another digital-delivery method described at checkout or after purchase.

You are responsible for providing a working email address and for maintaining the devices, internet connection, software, and third-party accounts reasonably required to access or complete the materials.

7. Personal-Use License

Unless otherwise stated in writing, your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal learning and practice.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, reproduce for distribution, or commercially exploit the product;
• share your purchased access, files, answer keys, model outputs, rubrics, or protected materials with others;
• upload substantial portions of the product to public websites, groups, file-sharing platforms, courses, repositories, or AI/data collections for redistribution;
• remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices; or
• represent VA Career Ready PH materials as your own product.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or materials for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes. You also agree not to use VA Practice Lab™ to facilitate cheating, impersonation, or misrepresentation during a real employer assessment.

9. Intellectual Property

VA Career Ready PH, VA Practice Lab™, associated branding, original assessment scenarios, written materials, layouts, scoring systems, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to VA Career Ready PH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, software, or services referenced in educational scenarios remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

10. Practice Files and Third-Party Tools

Some exercises may ask you to use common productivity, communication, design, spreadsheet, AI, or online research tools. Availability, pricing, functionality, terms, and policies of third-party services may change. VA Career Ready PH does not control those third-party services.

11. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our separate Refund Policy. VA Practice Lab™ currently includes a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to the terms stated in that policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable Philippine law.

12. Customer Communications

We may send communications needed to fulfill your purchase, provide access, respond to support requests, administer refunds, provide important service notices, or comply with law. Promotional emails are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consent or unsubscribe requirements.

13. No Employment or Income Guarantee

We do not guarantee employment, clients, interviews, assessment results, career advancement, salary, revenue, or income. Hiring decisions depend on employers and numerous factors outside our control, including your skills, experience, communication, performance, competition, availability, and employer requirements.

14. Accuracy and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to create useful, realistic practice materials, but we do not warrant that every employer uses the same hiring process, assessment format, software, scoring system, or task. We may revise, replace, improve, or reorganize product materials over time.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and digital materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VA Career Ready PH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or materials, including lost opportunities, lost income, or an employer's hiring decision.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized redistribution, material violation of these Terms, security risks, or unlawful conduct. Where appropriate, we may first contact you to resolve the issue.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections or other rights that may apply.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Terms applicable to a completed purchase will remain subject to mandatory law and the material purchase terms presented when the transaction was made.
